- secure product investment thanks to customer-centric idea pivot
Challenge
Client assumes that users need help finding their bathroom style before they start with the actual bathroom plan. Client's team wants to validate whether a dedicated "style finder tool" is worth building.
Our solution
We built a prototype for a client’s idea. After that we conducted a user lab where we shared the prototype with the participants. The process combined the usability test and deep qualitative interview.
Outcome
As a result we have learned that users did not primarily struggle with inspiration, but they rather struggled with translating the inspiration into a real bathroom plan. Therefore client made a strategic pivot by focusing on building a combined solution for bathroom inspiration and planning steps.
Air Up
- achieving digital growth based on a holistic understanding of the customer needs
Challenge
Client wants to increase the revenue in the store by understand what different customer types need at different stages of the journey.
Our solution
We conducted Jobs to be done interviews in order to identify different categories of user needs when it comes to the physical product of Air Up. In addition to that we made an audit on how good these needs are met throughout the digital customer journey. As a result we have identified systematic optimisation ideas for the digital customer journey.
Outcome
We have managed to match user needs with business goals and created a holistic optimization strategy that can be applied to both digital and offline customer journey.

- from MVP to one of the main business branches
Challenge
Client saw a business potential in the idea of selling cars to the dealership and would like to have business validation.
Our solution
We built an MVP for the car evaluation flow and the appointment booking at the dealership.
Outcome
The MVP showed a strong adoption rate, therefore the product was launched at a full scale. Today this user journey leads to one of the most relevant business branches (C2B) for mobile.de
betzold- product market fit validation
Challenge
Client has an idea about a subscription program to help teachers get better delivery conditions for the regular purchases. However, they are not sure whether this idea has value and viability from the business perspective.
Our solution
We have conducted a product market fit analysis in the following steps. First we conducted research on the target group and calculated the business potential for each of the groups. We have picked one group with the strongest potential and identified their Jobs to be done during the interviews. In the next step we created the smoketest for the subscription program in order to evaluate the adoption rate and adjust the business case.
Outcome
We have collected a clear proof for the client whether the idea has a product market fit by combining qualitative and quantitative research combined with lean experimentation.
